REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

The congress registration and accommodation fees do not include VAT.

Services Included in the Registration and Accommodation Fee:
The fee includes lunch, coffee breaks, participation in scientific sessions, access to the exhibition area, and congress materials throughout the congress.

The package prices above include 3 nights of bed and breakfast accommodation, with check-in on May 29, 2025, and check-out on June 1, 2025. The registration-accommodation fee must be transferred to the bank account provided below, and the payment document should be sent to the congress organizing secretariat via email.

Registration - Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

• Accommodation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• For cancellations made before February 3, 2025, 10% of the registration fee will be deducted for bank charges, and the remainder will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 3, 2025.
• After February 3, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.

TRANSFER FEES

• Prices exclude VAT (20% VAT)
• Transfer fees are valid for group transfers on May 29, 2025 (arrival) and June 1, 2025 (departure). For transfers on different dates or special transfer requests, please contact the Congress Secretariat, and separate charges will apply.
• The transfer fee must be transferred to the bank account below, and the payment document should be sent to the congress organizing secretariat via email.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION FEES:

• Transfer cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• Cancellations made before May 1, 2025, will be accepted.
• For cancellations made after May 1, 2025, 10% of the transfer fee will be deducted for bank charges, and the remainder will be refunded.
• Cancellations made during the congress will not be refunded; only name changes can be made.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
